Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lube & Tire Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on shop experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual who is passionate about cars and wants to grow in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, flat repairs, and other basic maintenance.
- Inspect and document vehicle condition.
- Assist with vehicle check-ins and shop cleanliness.
- Support techs with general repair tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with team members and customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive or tire shop.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- ASE certification is a plus, but not required (we’ll help you get there).
