We are hiring a Service Advisor who has chosen automotive as a career path. This is a critical front-line role that’s perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to honest service. You’ll work closely with technicians and customers to ensure a smooth and transparent service process.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and collect vehicle information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate recommended services based on technician inspections.
- Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with parts suppliers and help manage workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service at every step.
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM of 1 year of service advisor or relevant in-shop experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive services and repair terminology.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license required.
